EnergyConnect Group Engages SingerLewak as Independent Auditor
EnergyConnect Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ECNG), a leading provider of smart grid demand response services and technologies, announces its Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has appointed SingerLewak as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm, replacing RBSM LLP.
Andrew Warner, EnergyConnect’s CFO, said, “The decision to engage SingerLewak stemmed from its California presence and proximity to our headquarters. We look forward to working with SingerLewak and thank RBSM for its service to the company.”
The company and RBSM had no disagreement on matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, or auditing scope or procedures during its relationship.
