The event is organized and presented by the Demand Response Coordinating Committee (DRCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the development and exchange of expertise in the areas of Demand Response and Smart Grid. It is sponsored by, among other parties, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO). Attendees at the National Town Meeting will hear from top policymakers and business leaders but will also have a chance to have their say.
