The goal of the new Customer Care team is to provide you with personalized, professional and responsive service.  A key part of the team’s focus includes training customers on the use of FlexConnect, our award-winning price responsive load management program. FlexConnect automatically monitors the electricity market and alerts users about upcoming lucrative opportunities.  This “inform and motivate” approach enables you to quickly make sound business decisions and save costs by voluntarily shifting load when prices are high.

Payment Reconciliation:   We’ve made it easier to reconcile your daily payments and removed the guesswork.  Our upcoming software release will display your net payment amount rather than a gross amount before fees.

Enhanced EventConnect Interface:   A new ILR interface will be accessible on-line in a clear, concise and easy to read format. When called for an event you will have a clear understanding of what actions need to be taken to ensure full payment for your actions.

New Dashboard: Once you log in, what was once a very empty page will be filled with valuable information about your energy use, demand response opportunities, historical participation reporting and carbon footprint tracking.
